Industrial procurement.
Supplier coordination.

Procurement and supplier coordination for industrial components and commercial goods.

Start with what you need to buy.

Send the product description or drawing, expected quantities, quality requirements and destination. We can discuss support for an existing supplier relationship or the evaluation of a new source.

The objective is a clear purchasing plan: what will be supplied, how it will be reviewed, who is responsible and how it will reach you.

Support across the purchasing process

  • Organize drawings, specifications, revisions and commercial requirements.
  • Coordinate supplier questions and compare the scope of quotations.
  • Plan sample quantities, customer review and acceptance requirements.
  • Align production updates with import and delivery needs.
  • Discuss repeat purchasing, replenishment and U.S. stock.

Keep the buying arrangement clear.

Procurement coordination and buying goods from a distributor are different arrangements. We define Pontaren’s role in the quotation or agreement, including the contracting parties, acceptance terms and responsibilities for the order.

Supplier selection follows the product and project. Technical fit, responsiveness, sample review and commercial terms all matter.

Useful information for an inquiry

  • Product or part description, application and drawing revision.
  • Materials, tolerances, inspection and documentation requirements.
  • Sample quantity, order quantity and expected annual demand.
  • Target timing, U.S. destination and existing supplier information where relevant.
Can you work with our current factory?

Yes, you can start with an existing source. Tell us which purchasing, communication, import or inventory tasks need support.

Do you manufacture the products?

Pontaren’s role is trade and supply coordination, with distribution arrangements where agreed. Manufacturing is performed by the selected supplier.

Can procurement connect to U.S. inventory?

Yes. A stocking proposal can be discussed alongside recurring demand, replenishment timing and the commercial arrangement.
