Replacement fit and operating limits require evidence for the actual part. A similar appearance is not a compatibility assessment.

Plan repeat supply and U.S. inventory

For recurring orders, define drawing revision control, sample acceptance, supplier lead time and packaging. An inventory proposal should identify SKU references, batches where required, receipt checks, target stock, authorized releases and reorder review.

Supplier coordination and warehouse management can be scoped together or separately.

Global supply and U.S. project requirements

Share the delivery market, actual component, manufacturer and production origin where known. Product availability, required documentation and the delivery arrangement are confirmed for the specific model and destination.

For a potential U.S. manufacturing or assembly program, start with the product design, forecast, process steps, equipment, testing and supplier requirements. We can discuss the project scope and feasibility; the operating arrangement is established separately.

Bring the technical and purchasing requirements together

Share the drawing or genuine part reference, required quantity, sample needs, expected reorder frequency, delivery destination and target date. State whether the requirement is direct delivery or stock for later releases, including any U.S. inventory needs.
